RK-107 RAKU GLAZE, Oil Slick

Mayco Raku-Glasuren sind so entwickelt, dass sie bei der Brennung nach Raku-Brennprozessen wunderschöne metallische Glanz- und Rissmuster erzeugen. Raku-Glasuren liefern nicht die gleichen Ergebnisse bei einer typischen elektrischen Brennung – sie müssen in einer Raku-Umgebung gebrannt werden. Aufgrund der unvorhersehbaren Natur dieser Brenntechnik können die Ergebnisse bei jeder Brennung variieren.

• Temperaturbereich: Die RK-107 RAKU GLAZE, Oil Slick Glasur funktioniert am besten im Bereich (Konus 06-04, ca. 1015–1060 °C). 

Safety: Always practice proer safety processes and wear personal protective equipment when doing raku. Do not open or insert tongs into an electric kiln whitout shutting it off. Reduction process should take place outside of building due to flames and smoke. Do not spray apply. Not recommended for dinnerware due to surface texture.
