Städter Tortelett Tartlet Tin 10 cm Ø – Small Tarts with a Non-Stick Coating

With the Städter Tortelett tartlet tin (art. no. 661240) you can bake individual tarts 10 cm in diameter, such as fruit tartlets, mini quiches or other small tarts. The tin is made of metal and has a non-stick coating (Xynflon), which according to Städter is made without PFAS. This makes it easier to release the baked goods from the tin. At 2 cm high with a capacity of 120 ml, it is intended for shallow tartlets. The edge is fluted.

The tin is heat-resistant up to 250 °C and comes in a folding box with a recipe.

Baking the tartlets

Rinse the tin with hot water before first use. Before baking, spray it with Städter baking release spray or grease it lightly, and dust it with flour if needed. Fill with dough only as high as your recipe specifies: the tin holds 120 ml at a height of 2 cm.

Caring for the coating

To keep the non-stick coating in good condition for a long time, handle it with care.

• Do not use sharp objects or metal utensils to remove the tartlets
• Clean with hot water, mild washing-up liquid and a cloth
• Do not use scouring pads, cleaning sponges or abrasive cleaners
• Do not wash in the dishwasher
