Organizing accessories for desk, filing and bulletin board

Staplers, pins and small items for filing

Organizing accessories include the little helpers that any filing system needs alongside binders and folders. Here you'll find staplers and staples, pins and other small items for your desk, school and bulletin board. You need these items constantly in everyday life, and they're often not at hand exactly when it matters.

What to look for in staplers and staples

Staples aren't universally interchangeable. Each stapler is designed for a specific staple size, which is usually stated on the stapler or the packaging. A common size, for example, is 24/6. Check which size your stapler needs before you buy refills. Stapling capacity also varies: a small stapler for the pencil case handles fewer sheets at once than a desk model.

Pins hold notes, class schedules and photos on the bulletin board. Models with a larger head are easier to grip and pull out again, while flat heads stick out less when sheets overlap.

• Small helpers for sorting and collecting
• Add-ons for organizing systems and folders

Tip: Keep the box with the size of your staples on it, or write the size on the stapler. That way you'll pick the right ones when you restock.
