Additional shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on the quantity, weight and parcel size of the items ordered. If an order has to be split into several parcels because of larger quantities or bulky goods, additional shipping costs may apply. We will inform you of any additional costs before shipping.
Shipping surcharge for clay
Due to its weight, an additional shipping surcharge applies to orders containing 2 or more packs of clay. For deliveries to Germany and Luxembourg, the standard surcharge is €9.95 for every 3 packs or part thereof. The surcharge is based on the total number of clay packs in your order.

Special rates for public institutions in Luxembourg
For public institutions in Luxembourg with a customer account approved for these special rates, the clay surcharge is capped at €25.00 per order. These rates apply once you have logged in to your customer account.
Shipping costs and free shipping thresholds: The clay surcharge is added to standard shipping costs. Once the free shipping threshold is reached, only standard shipping costs are waived; the clay surcharge still applies.
Collection in store: No clay surcharge applies when you collect your order from our store.
Larger quantities: Please contact us before ordering so that we can arrange the most cost-effective delivery option with you.
