The Collall 3D Silicone Kit is a clear, thick and flexible silicone glue for crafting, especially for 3D effects. The glue dries in the shape in which you apply it. This means dots and dabs of glue stay raised, for example between the layers of a multi-layered picture motif. The dried glue film is water-resistant.

The kit contains an 80 ml tube, a plastic nozzle, a dosing syringe and a key for rolling up the tube. You therefore don't need to buy any accessories separately. The instructions are also printed in German on the packaging.

Working with the silicone glue

The glue adheres best to dry, clean and grease-free surfaces. Wipe off any dusty or greasy areas beforehand. Roll up the tube with the key, fit the nozzle and apply the glue in small dots or dabs. For a 3D effect, place the next part of the motif on the dots and press it down only lightly so that the raised glue is not flattened. Then leave the glue to dry thoroughly before you move or put any weight on the piece.

Surfaces, smell and cleaning

The glue is suitable for paper, card, wood, plastic, glass and polystyrene. During use it has a characteristic smell of acetic acid. Work in a well-ventilated room. Fresh glue residues can be removed with acetone or turpentine. Test this first on an inconspicuous spot on delicate surfaces.
