Rayher Styropor Male Head – a Base for Crafting and a Model Head

The Rayher Styropor male head is a realistically modelled man's head made of white Styropor, 30.5 cm tall. You can use it as a base for craft projects or as a model head. You can paint the smooth surface, cover it with fabric or rhinestones, embroider it with sequins or needle felt it.

Hats, caps, wigs or accessories can also be displayed on it.

Decorating the head

Water-based craft or acrylic paints are suitable for painting. Paints, sprays and glues containing solvents can attack polystyrene, so test them first on an inconspicuous spot. Fabric and rhinestones are best attached with a glue that is suitable for polystyrene. For needle felting, work the felting wool into the surface with the felting needle until it holds.

As a model head

At 30.5 cm tall, the head shows off hats, caps or wigs at a glance and helps keep them in shape while you work or when you store them.
