Artemio Wooden Cube 10 cm – Solid Blank for Your Own Designs

The Artemio wooden cube (art. no. 14003508) is a solid, untreated blank with 10 cm edges, for craft projects, home decor and art lessons. You can paint it, decorate it, sand it, carve it, engrave it or work on it with a pyrography pen. Because the wood is not varnished or oiled, it takes paint and glue directly.

At 10 × 10 × 10 cm, the cube is large enough to serve as a stamp blank, a base for crafts or a foundation for engravings and decorative pieces. Its regular shape makes it easy to stack, stand up or build into arrangements.

Preparing the cube

Lightly sand the surfaces and edges before painting and remove the dust. The two end-grain faces usually soak up more paint than the other sides. A primer or a first, thinned coat of paint therefore gives a more even result. Untreated wood suits pyrography and engraving, as no layer of varnish has to be removed.
