Rayher tapered corks in 3 sizes, 36 pieces

Rayher tapered corks – 36 corks in three sizes for sealing and crafting

Rayher tapered corks are small corks that narrow to a point, for sealing small bottles, flasks and test tubes. You can also use them for crafting, for example to make a cork animal.

The bag contains 36 corks in three sizes, 12 of each size. That way you have suitable corks to hand for bottle openings of different widths.

Which size fits?

Measure the inside diameter of your bottle opening before buying. A tapered cork fits well if the opening lies between the lower and upper diameter of the cork, because its conical shape then wedges it firmly in the opening. The small cork suits very narrow bottles and test tubes, while the largest size fits wider flasks.

For crafting

The three sizes and the conical shape work well for cork animals and other small figures: use the larger cork as the body and the smaller one as the head. Because the corks differ in size, you can vary the proportions of your figure freely.
