The ATOMA business card book A4+ is a ring-bound book in which you can collect up to 160 business cards and keep them to hand. It belongs in everyday office life, but also at trade fairs or business meetings, when you want to file contacts neatly.
The book consists of 10 sleeves, each with 8 double-sided pockets. Because the pockets can be used from both sides, you can store 160 cards in one book. The colours of the books are assorted.
How to organise your business cards
Slide the cards into the pockets with the front facing forward. As each pocket is double-sided, you can put one card at the front and another at the back of each pocket, for example two contacts from the same company. It makes sense to have a fixed system from the start, such as alphabetical order or by sector and project. That way you can find a card again quickly even when the book is full.
Format and compatibility
At 245 x 310 mm in A4+ format, the book is suitable for A4 sheets and A4+ dividers. The 11 punched holes of the ring binding are designed for these formats.
