Victorinox Swiss Modern Carving Fork – holds the roast steady while you carve

The Victorinox Swiss Modern carving fork holds roasts, meat and poultry firmly in place while you carve. The two-pronged fork has 15 cm tines made of stainless, wear-resistant steel. The ergonomically shaped handle is made of polypropylene copolymer in Almond beige and sits securely in the hand, according to Victorinox.

Carving with the fork

After cooking, let the roast rest for a few minutes so that less juice runs out when you slice it. Then secure the meat with the fork at the side or at a point you will not be cutting. The fork holds the joint steady, while you draw the knife across the grain in even strokes. The tines are sharp, so keep your free hand well away from the line of the cut.

Care

You can put the fork in the dishwasher or wash it by hand. Dry it afterwards before putting it away.
