Wooden spoon "Toskana" in beech – smooth and gentle on non-stick pans

The "Toskana" wooden spoon is a kitchen utensil for stirring, turning and tasting. It is made from untreated, FSC®-certified beech and manufactured in Germany. At 305 mm long and 0.9 cm thick, its classic shape sits comfortably in the hand.

The smooth, natural wood leaves no scratches, so you can also use the spoon in non-stick pots and pans. As the surface is not varnished or otherwise treated, the natural grain of the beech shows through.

Caring for the wooden spoon

Wipe the spoon with a damp cloth after use and leave it to air-dry. If you do not leave it soaking in water, the wood stays smooth for longer and does not dry out unevenly. Depending on the food, wood can take on colour or odour; this is normal for untreated natural wood.
