Wooden Heart Bead Mix in Pink – for Homemade Dummy Chains

The KNORR prandell Heart wooden bead mix contains 11 beads in pink and is intended for making dummy chains. The beads are made of beech and maple from Germany, and the wood is FSC® 100 % certified. According to the manufacturer, they are saliva- and sweat-resistant, which matters when babies put the chain in their mouths.

According to the manufacturer, the colours have been tested to EN 71 Parts 3 + 9 and are free of phthalates. With a hole diameter of 2.5–3 mm, the beads can be threaded onto many common ribbons and cords. The beads are supplied in a polybag with a Euro hole.

Points to note when threading

Choose a ribbon or cord that passes easily through the 2.5–3 mm hole. Whether a dummy chain is safe in the end depends on the finished chain, not on the beads alone: use tear-resistant material, knot carefully and check the chain regularly for damage and loose beads.
