The Fridolin 3D paper model elephant is a kit of precisely laser-cut card pieces that you assemble into an elephant as a decorative object. It calls for concentration, patience and nimble fingers: you put the individual pieces of special card together step by step. Once built, the elephant measures approx. 12 × 7 × 5 cm. Fridolin recommends the kit from 8 years.

The model belongs to the Natural Museum Collection series. If you build more models from this range, you gradually end up with a small collection.

Assembling the elephant

The pack contains a picture of the finished model and the assembly instructions. Work through the steps in order and fit the pieces together loosely first. That way you can see how they interlock before committing to anything. If a joint feels loose, you can secure it with a little glue; glue is not included. Apply it sparingly so that the card does not soften. Once built, the elephant works as a decorative object. Contains small parts. Keep away from small children.
