The Fridolin 3D paper model toucan is a craft kit for building a free-standing toucan. The parts are laser-cut from special card. The model belongs to the "Natural Museum Collection" series, so a small collection can grow over time.

Building it takes concentration, patience and nimble fingers. Once assembled, the toucan measures approx. 15 × 10.5 × 5.5 cm (W/H/D) and works as a decorative piece for a shelf or desk. A picture and the assembly instructions are included in the pack.

Building the model

Keep the instructions to hand and work through the steps in order. Only press the parts out of the card when they are needed, so you keep track of everything. The laser-cut parts slot together. If you would like to fix the model more firmly, you can use glue. It is not included.

Who is the model for?

Fridolin recommends the model from 8 years. It suits anyone who enjoys precise, patient work and would like a finished animal model to display. Contains small parts. Keep away from small children.
