Meyco decorative keys and padlocks set, 6 pieces, antique metal

Meyco Decorative Keys Set – 6 Antique Metal Pieces for Crafting and Decorating

The Meyco decorative keys set consists of 6 metal pieces with an antique look. You can use it for scrapbook pages and other DIY projects. The pieces come in different sizes and are packed as an assortment, so you can alternate between smaller and larger motifs.

According to Meyco, the pieces can be hung up (eyelet, ribbon or cord). Hang them from gift tags, mobiles, necklaces or decorative branches.

Ideas for use

As embellishments, the keys and padlocks add a nostalgic touch to your project. The sizes are mixed, so they are easy to layer at different heights.

• Scrapbook pages, cards and albums as embellishments
• Gift tags and packaging
• Mixed-media work and collages
• Mobiles, wall hangings and hanging decorations

Attaching the pieces

Metal is heavier than paper embellishments. For cards and album pages, you therefore need an adhesive that bonds to metal. To hang the pieces, thread ribbon or cord through the hanging loop. Arrange the pieces without sticking them first, so you can settle on sizes and spacing.
