Efco's black glass animal eyes with a loop are used on amigurumi, teddy bears and other soft toys to give them expression. The eyes are made of glass with a metal wire loop, which you use to sew them onto the head. The smooth glass surface reflects the light and makes the face look livelier.

Attaching the eyes

Before sewing, pin the eyes to the head and check the spacing and height from the front. Once both eyes sit evenly, sew them on through the loop with strong thread. Pass the thread through the loop several times and fasten it off well at the end, as the eyes are subjected to pulling during cuddling or play.

Which diameter to choose
