Rico Design Jumbo Googly Eyes XL, round, Ø 70 mm, pack of 2

Rico Design XL Googly Eyes – large self-adhesive eyes for craft figures

The XL googly eyes from Rico Design are two round, self-adhesive eyes with a diameter of 70 mm. You stick them onto large handmade figures, monsters or animals to give them a face. According to the manufacturer, they are suitable for funny Easter or Christmas figures, for example.

The large diameter is worth it when the figure itself is large: standard googly eyes quickly look too small there. As the eyes are self-adhesive, you do not need any additional glue.

Attaching the eyes

First lay the eyes loosely on the figure and check the spacing and direction of gaze before you peel off the protective film. Even small shifts change the expression noticeably. The surface should be clean, dry and firm. Then press the eyes on firmly. Adhesive surfaces usually hold less well on fluffy or rough surfaces; a dab of craft glue helps in that case.
