Rayher Petit-Point Feather Mix – Brown Pheasant Feathers for Crafting

The Rayher Petit-Point feather mix consists of brown patterned pheasant feathers, 4 to 6 cm long. They give dreamcatchers, boho decorations and Easter crafts a natural look. According to Rayher, the feathers are also well suited to crafting with children.

The bag contains 10 g. The length will help you judge whether the feathers suit your project: at 4 to 6 cm they work well for small pendants, wreaths or embellishments on cards and gifts.

Using the feathers

For a dreamcatcher, tie the feathers by the quill to yarn or leather cord with thread. For cards, wreaths or Easter decorations, fix them with a small drop of craft glue. Use glue sparingly and only on the quill, so the vane of the feather stays clean. As these are natural feathers, the size and pattern of each feather differ slightly. This gives your work a lively look.
