Rayher cockerel feathers are dark brown craft feathers, 10–15 cm long, for dreamcatchers, boho decorations and Easter crafts. The bag contains 3 g, which is approx. 20 feathers.

Thanks to their natural structure, the feathers add lightness and movement to your craft projects. They combine well with wood, beads or textiles. Rayher also lists hens, chicks and Easter hangers as uses.

Working with the feathers

Feathers are a natural material: length and shape differ from feather to feather, and the number in the bag may vary slightly. For projects that need an even look, allow a little extra. For dreamcatchers, attach the feathers to threads or ribbons that you tie to the hoop. For Easter decorations such as chicks or hens, glue the quill ends in place with craft glue. Apply the glue sparingly so that it does not run into the vane and stick the fibres together.
