With the Städter embossing apple cookie cutter, you cut apples from dough, fondant or marzipan. The pre-embossing presses lines into the surface, so the apple has more detail than with a smooth cutter. The cutter is 7.5 cm in size and made of stainless steel. The cutter is also suitable for crafting and modelling, for example with modelling clay, salt dough or FIMO. The fruit motif suits autumn baking, children's birthdays or teacher gifts.

Cutting the embossed apple

Roll out the dough evenly and chill it if it is soft. Firm dough cuts more cleanly and spreads less during baking. Dip the cutter briefly in flour before cutting, or in cornflour or icing sugar for fondant, so nothing sticks. Press the cutter down vertically and evenly until the embossing shows, then carefully release the apple. Proceed in the same way with salt dough or FIMO.

Care and craft use

Clean the cutter thoroughly after use and dry it. If you have used the cutter with modelling clay, salt dough or FIMO, do not use it for food afterwards.
