The Opinel N° 06 Colorama pocket knife is a French folding knife with a 7 cm stainless steel blade for the kitchen, workshop and leisure. The Colorama range shows this classic in 5 pastel colours. Choose your colour from the options.

The N° 06 is slightly smaller than the well-known N° 08, so it sits more compactly in the hand. The handle is made of tinted, varnished wood. A leather lanyard is fitted at the end.

Opening and locking safely

The ViroBloc locking ring holds the blade in place both open and closed. Fold the blade out fully and turn the ring until the blade is locked. To fold it away, release the ring first. The 7 cm blade is enough for small cutting jobs such as fruit, bread or cheese in the kitchen, for craft and workshop tasks or for a snack on the go. If you have larger cutting jobs, take a look at the larger N° 08.

Care

The blade is made of stainless steel and needs little care. Wipe it after use. It is best to wash the knife by hand and dry it afterwards. You should not expose the wooden handle to water for long periods, because wood absorbs moisture. The knife is not dishwasher safe.
