tesa adjustable adhesive nail for wallpaper and plaster, 2 x 1 kg

tesa adjustable adhesive nail – hang pictures on wallpaper and plaster without drilling

The tesa adhesive nail (Powerstrips) lets you hang light pictures and frames on wallpaper or plaster without drilling a hole. The nail is fixed to the wall with adhesive strips and can be removed again later. The set contains 2 nails and 3 Powerstrips.

According to the manufacturer, each nail holds up to 1 kg, and up to 2 kg when two nails are used for one picture. You can slide the nail head and lock it with the adjuster, so you can still change the height of the picture after sticking the nail on. The nails are made of white plastic and are intended for indoor use.

Fitting

The holding power applies to wallpaper and plaster. This adhesive nail is not intended for other surfaces. The surface should be clean, dry and free of dust so that the adhesive strip sticks securely. Press the strip on following the instructions on the packaging, and only then insert the nail. Hang the picture and fine-tune the height with the adjuster.

How many nails do you need?

One nail is enough for a picture weighing up to 1 kg. Heavier frames up to 2 kg are hung on two nails. The sliding head lets you correct small differences in height if the picture hangs crooked. The nail comes off without leaving residue, and the adhesive can be removed completely. You can reuse the nail with new adhesive strips; only the replacement strips for wallpaper and plaster are suitable for this.
