Rayher black brass ear wires – a base for handmade drop earrings

The Rayher ear wires (fish hooks) in black brass are the starting point for your own drop earrings. The hooks are 20 mm long. The bag contains 4 pieces, enough for two pairs. You can combine them with beads, pendants or charms.

The black colour goes well with dark beads and pendants and looks understated if you want your jewellery to have a simple look.

Making a drop earring

Allow one hook per earring so that both sides look the same. Attach pendants or bead combinations to the loop of the hook. Before assembling, check that the pendant fits the size of the loop. Work with jewellery pliers so that you join the parts neatly and without scratching the black surface.
