Rayher oval jump rings – attach pendants to chains and jewellery components

Rayher oval jump rings join pendants to chains or other jewellery components. They are silver-coloured, measure 3 x 4 mm and are 0.5 mm thick. With 30 pieces in the pack, you have enough for several pieces of jewellery, repairs or small craft projects.

The rings are small and suit delicate work. Because they can be opened and closed again, you can also swap pendants later.

How to open and close the rings

Hold the ring with two pairs of pliers on either side of the opening. Move one pair of pliers towards you and the other away from you, so that the ends shift sideways. Do not pull the ring apart outwards, otherwise it will lose its shape and no longer close neatly. Then attach the pendant and chain link, and close the ring with the opposite movement until the ends sit flush against each other.
