Rayher Ceramica mosaic tiles 10 × 10 mm – unglazed ceramic in natural shades

Rayher Ceramica mosaic tiles are unglazed ceramic tiles measuring 10 × 10 mm for mosaic projects, for example on trays, flower pots or picture frames. The tub contains 800 g, which is approx. 780 tiles in a mix of natural shades. According to Rayher, the shape is deliberately not cut precisely, the heights vary slightly and the surface differs from tile to tile. This gives mosaics a natural character.

The tiles are 4 mm thick and suitable for outdoor use. They are not frost-proof, however: in frosty weather you must protect them from moisture. The quantity covers an area of approx. 30 × 30 cm including 10% grout.

How to use

First lay the tiles out dry on the base. As they are not cut precisely and vary slightly in height, this lets you adjust the arrangement and see where you need to cut tiles. You can cut them with mosaic nippers. Then stick the tiles down with mosaic adhesive, leave the adhesive to dry, fill the joints with grout and wipe off any residue with a damp sponge.

Which size to choose

At 10 × 10 mm you can create fine patterns and curves. For larger areas and a bolder look, the Ceramica tiles are also available in 20 × 20 mm.
