You need Efco metal wick holders when you make your own candles and want to fix the wick to the base of the candle. The pack contains 20 pieces, suitable for cotton wick up to Ø 2.6 mm. With 20 holders you can prepare several candles one after another or in a single batch.

Choosing the right wick

What matters is the diameter of your wick: the holder is designed for cotton wick up to Ø 2.6 mm. Thicker wicks do not fit and will not sit securely. Before buying larger quantities, therefore, test your wick on a single holder.

How to use

Attach the wick to the wick holder before pouring so that it sits at the base. Keep it straight and centred while you pour in the wax, for example with a stick laid across the top. This way the candle burns evenly later and the wick does not tip to one side.
