Rayher reindeer moss, 1 kg bag – natural craft moss

Rayher reindeer moss 1 kg – natural moss for wreaths, nests and moss pictures

Rayher reindeer moss is a natural material for crafts and floristry. You can use it to decorate wreaths, nests and flower arrangements, or to make moss pictures. One bag contains 1 kg.

According to Rayher, the moss is hand-harvested, cleaned, dried and preserved. It is soft. The reindeer moss comes in three colours; choose your colour from the options. It is also suitable for nativity scenes, model railways and wall pictures.

Working with reindeer moss

Being a natural material, the moss consists of pieces of different sizes. You can easily divide it into smaller tufts and fix it with clear glue onto a wreath base, nest shape or picture backing. Small remnants of soil, leaves or pine needles may be present. Simply pick them out as you work.

Combining and designing

Reindeer moss goes well with wood, twigs, dried flowers and other natural materials. For moss pictures and wall decorations, you get more depth by mixing moss in different shades of green. To do this, you can combine bags in different colours.
