Artiteq plate hanger – hang plates on the wall without drilling into the plate

The Artiteq plate hanger (art. no. 807025) is a wall plate holder for hanging plates with a diameter of 16–25 cm. It consists of two metal claws that grip the plate with a spring. This means you need neither glue nor holes in the plate, and you can take it down again later.

The load capacity is up to 1 kg. That is enough for decorative plates made of ceramic, porcelain or wood. For heavy stoneware plates, check the weight beforehand, for example with kitchen scales. 1 plate hanger is included.

Hanging the plate

The holder is attached to the back of the plate, over the centre. The spring tension keeps the claws against the plate. Before hanging, check that the plate sits firmly and cannot slip. Then hang the holder on a nail or screw in the wall, or on a picture hanging system. For hollow walls or masonry, use a suitable wall plug so that the weight is carried safely.
