Quartz clock movement with hands – for homemade wall clocks and as a replacement

You need this quartz clock movement with hands and fixings to build your own wall clock or to replace a faulty movement. The hands and fixings are included, so you can fit the movement straight into your dial or clock disc. It is suitable for craft projects, workshops and repairs.

The clock movement is available in three versions. They differ in the length of the threaded shaft and therefore in the thickness of back panel the movement can take. Choose your version from the options.

Which version suits your clock?

What matters is the length of the threaded shaft, which has to match the thickness of your back panel. There is one version each for thin, medium and thicker materials. Measure the thickness of your dial or disc beforehand: it must fall within the stated panel thickness range of the version you choose, otherwise the movement will not sit securely.

Fitting the movement

Drill a hole in the centre of your dial, push the movement through from behind and secure it with the fixings. Then attach the hands. You set the time using the setting wheel on the back of the movement.
