These wooden craft sticks (lolly sticks) are made of birch wood, measure 200 mm long and 25 mm wide, and come in a pack of approx. 50. Their large surface makes them suitable for painting, writing on and decorating, for example for plant labels, bookmarks, fences and walls in model making, or as components for decorations and craft projects.

With approx. 50 sticks of the same size, you can plan larger projects in one go, for example a fence made of sticks glued side by side or several labels of the same size.

Working with the craft sticks

Wood glue is suitable for strong joins, and hot glue for quick craft projects. Leave glued parts to dry under light pressure so that they stay flat. Thin wood can warp if you use a lot of wet paint. Apply acrylic paint in thin layers and let it dry between coats. Lightly sand any rough edges first, so that the wood can be painted and written on neatly.
