With the Städter mini bear cookie cutter (art. no. 955219), you can cut out small bears from dough, fondant, marzipan, fruit or vegetables. At 15 mm in diameter, it is designed for decorations, for example on biscuits, cupcakes or cakes. The cutter is made of stainless steel and is dishwasher safe and food-safe according to Städter.

You can also use the cutter for crafting and modelling, for example with modelling clay, salt dough or FIMO. This makes small pendants, scatter decorations or figures for mini projects.

Cutting Out Successfully

Roll out the dough or fondant thinly and evenly so that the small cutter cuts through cleanly. With sticky material, a little flour or icing sugar on the cutting edge helps. Release the little bears from the cutter with a pointed object or tweezers. Small biscuits bake faster than large ones, so keep an eye on the baking time.

Using It for Crafts

You can also cut out small bears from modelling clay, salt dough or FIMO. Once you have used a cutter for modelling material, do not use it for food again. The series also includes a mini flower cookie cutter in the same size.
