Tips for cutting out

Roll the dough out evenly and lightly dust the cutter with flour. For fondant or marzipan, use icing sugar instead. Press the cutter down straight and with even pressure so that the embossing shows up everywhere. Chilled dough holds its outline better during baking. The underside has a sharp cutting edge, so handle it with care.

Cleaning and craft use

Wash the cutter by hand after use and dry it well so that no dough residue sticks in the embossing. If you have used the cutter with Fimo, modelling clay or salt dough, do not use it for food afterwards.
