This drilled beechwood bead with a face has a diameter of 25 mm and is intended for worry worms, small figures and other craft projects. The face is already there, so you only need to add a body, hair or clothes. Choose the face from the options.

As the bead is drilled, you can thread it onto wire, thread, ribbon or chenille stems. At 25 mm it is larger than the 15 and 20 mm versions and is a good choice if you want the face to be clearly visible.

Making a worry worm

Thread the wooden bead onto a piece of chenille stem and fold the end over behind it so that it cannot slip off. First check on a short piece that your wire fits through the hole. Bend the rest of the wire into the worm's body. For other figures, push the bead onto a stick or wire as a neck and make hair, a hat or clothes from wool, felt or fabric. Craft glue holds hair or hats in place on the wood.
