SUKI Screw Eye Set with Wood Thread – 12 Pieces in Galvanised Iron
The SUKI screw eye set contains 12 screw eyes with a wood thread, size 10 x 3 x 1.8 mm. You screw them straight into wood to get firm eyes, for example for hooking in or hanging craft projects and decorations.
The screws are made of galvanised iron. Twelve pieces in the set are enough if you want to fit several places with eyes.
Fitting the screw eyes
Screw the screw eye in by hand until the eye sits against the wood. With hard wood, drill a small pilot hole first so the wood does not split and the screw goes in more easily. You can use the eye as a lever while screwing, for example with a pencil or nail pushed through it. The wood thread is designed for wood and does not hold reliably in other materials.
