Styropor Pyramid – a lightweight base for painting, covering and decorating

The Styropor pyramid made of white polystyrene (EPS) is a blank for craft and decoration projects. You can paint it, cover it or coat it, for example for school projects, model making, displays or seasonal decor.

The lightweight material is easy to work with and keeps its shape. The pyramid therefore does not become heavy, even in a larger size. Choose your size from the options.

Decorating the pyramid

Styropor is sensitive to solvents. Use water-based paints such as acrylic or craft paint, and solvent-free craft glue. Spray paints and solvent-based glues can dissolve the surface. Hot glue can melt the material at high temperatures.

• Painting: apply the paint in thin layers and let it dry in between
• Covering: for example with paper, decoupage, fabric or decorative stones
• Cutting: with a sharp knife or a fine saw to keep the edges clean
