Städter Circle Cookie Cutter Set – 14 Smooth Rings from ø 2.5 to 11 cm

The Städter circle cookie cutter set consists of 14 individual round cutters made of tinplate. You can use them to cut circles from dough, fondant or marzipan. The cutters are also suitable for crafting and modelling, for example with modelling clay, salt dough or Fimo.

The diameters range from 2.5 to 11 cm. One set gives you small biscuits and decorative circles as well as large bases or lids. The cutters have smooth edges and a matt finish. They are supplied in a tinplate tin.

Cutting clean circles

Roll out the dough evenly and dip the cutter briefly in flour before cutting. Press it down firmly and vertically, then lift it off straight so the edge stays clean. For fondant and marzipan, lightly dust the work surface and the cutter with icing sugar or cornflour so nothing sticks. Two different sizes make rings: first cut the large circle, then use a smaller cutter to remove the centre.

Care and use

The cutters are not dishwasher safe. Wash them by hand and dry them thoroughly straight away so the tinplate does not rust. If you have used the cutters with Fimo or modelling clay, do not use them for food afterwards.
