Rico Design wooden letters 8 cm, pine, untreated for painting

Rico Design wooden letters 8 cm – blanks for painting and decorating

The Rico Design wooden letters are untreated pine blanks for painting, covering and decorating. Each letter is 8 cm high, 6–7 cm wide and 1.5 cm thick. Choose the letter you need from the options.

The surface is untreated, so you can decorate the wood however you like. The 1.5 cm thickness gives each letter a clear outline, which shows up well on names, words or initials. Typical projects include nursery decorations, wedding decorations, seasonal crafts or a personal gift.

Decorating the letters

Sand the wood lightly with fine sandpaper before painting and wipe off the dust, and the paint will cover more evenly. Apply thin coats and let each coat dry. For covering, paper, fabric or washi tape work well, stuck onto the front and the edges.

Not free-standing

The letters do not stand up on their own. You can stick them onto a base, hang them from a ribbon or work them into a decoration, for example on a wreath or a wooden board.
