Pine Wood Discs approx. Ø 104 mm, 4 Pieces

Pine wood discs for painting and crafting

These 4 pine wood discs are blanks for crafting, painting and decorating. They have a diameter of approx. 104 mm and are approx. 7 mm thick. This thickness makes them sturdy enough for hanging tags, name tags, coaster designs or table decorations.

You can paint, write on, glue onto, drill or decorate the discs with pyrography. With 4 pieces in a pack, you can make a small matching set straight away, for example for seasonal decorations or gift tags.

Decorating the wooden discs

For paint: opaque acrylic paint covers the grain, while thinned paint or a glaze leaves the wood structure visible. For writing and pyrography, it is best to sketch the design lightly in pencil first. If you want to use a disc as a hanging tag, drill the hole a little way in from the edge and place a piece of scrap wood underneath so that the wood does not split out on the underside. Try new colours or pens on one disc first before you decorate the finished design.
