Staedtler Lumocolor 341 black whiteboard marker – dry-wipe ink with DRY SAFE

The Staedtler Lumocolor whiteboard marker 341-9 in black is a single pen for writing and drawing on whiteboards and other smooth, non-porous surfaces. The ink wipes off dry, dries quickly and has a low odour. It is practical for the office, school and home.

Thanks to DRY SAFE, the marker can be left for days without its cap and will not dry out. This helps in lessons or meetings when the cap goes missing. The bullet tip writes a line 1–2 mm wide. Depending on pressure and how you hold the pen, the line becomes slightly finer or broader. That is enough for headings as well as notes.

What the marker is suitable for

You can write with it on whiteboards and flipcharts as well as on non-porous surfaces such as glass and porcelain. The ink wipes off dry there without leaving residue. The marker is suitable for Lumocolor memoboard 641. On absorbent or rough surfaces such as paper or untreated wood, however, the writing stays in place and cannot be removed cleanly.

Use and care

On glass or porcelain, test the pen first on an inconspicuous spot. Wipe the writing off with a dry cloth or sponge. After writing, push the cap back on until it clicks audibly so that the marker stays ready to write for a long time. The clip holds the pen on a pocket or folder.
