Colori double-ended felt-tip pens – fine and broad tips

The Colori double-ended felt-tip pens from Eberhard Faber have two tips: the fine tip is meant for detailed drawing and outlines, the broad tip for colouring larger areas. So you do not need to switch between two pens for details and areas. The card box contains 10 fibre-tip pens in different colours.

According to the manufacturer, the colours are brilliant and do not bleed through the paper. That makes the pens a good match for colouring books and colouring pads. The ink is water-based and washes out of most textiles. The caps are ventilated.

Using the two tips

Use the fine tip to draw outlines, write small labels and add details, for example in narrow areas of a colouring book picture. Use the broad tip for larger areas. Place the strokes close together and guide the pen evenly, and the area will look more even. Push the cap back on firmly after use so the tip does not dry out.
