Faber-Castell 0.35 mm Fine Leads – Break-Resistant Refills for Fine Lines

The Faber-Castell Super-Polymer fine leads are 0.35 mm refill leads for mechanical pencils. You can use them for fine lettering, precise sketches and technical drawings. According to Faber-Castell, the leads in this series are extra break-resistant, smooth-gliding and deep black, giving rich, easy-to-read lines.

One tin contains 12 leads, each 60 mm long. The filling aid supplied helps you refill cleanly. The colour code on the tin shows the line width, so you can quickly pick the right one even when you have several tins.

Grade and use

Choose the grade from the options. Softer grades such as B give darker lines, while harder ones such as H or 2H give lighter lines that smudge less and suit construction drawings and notes. A lead this thin snaps easily if you press too hard or wind it out too far. Let only a short length protrude and write with light pressure.
