Staedtler Noris 120 HB Pencils, Set of 3 with Eraser

Staedtler Noris 120 – 3 HB pencils with eraser for writing and drawing

The set contains three Staedtler Noris 120 pencils in HB and a Mars plastic eraser on a blister card. You can write and draw with them and correct straight away with the matching eraser.

The pencils have the classic hexagonal shape and a non-slip soft finish. Thanks to the special lead formulation and the bonded lead, they are break-resistant according to Staedtler. The pencil is made from reclaimed wood shavings (Upcycled Wood). According to Staedtler, the wood comes from PEFC-certified, sustainably managed forests. The pencils are made in Germany.

For school, the office and sketches

HB sits in the middle of the hardness scale: the line is dark enough for writing and erases cleanly. That is enough for sketches and lines. For soft, deep black shading, you would reach for a softer grade. According to Staedtler, the Noris 120 is available in 2B, B, HB, H and 2H.

Sharpening

A sharpener is not included in the set. Sharpen the pencils before first use. A point that is too blunt makes the line untidy, and pressing too hard can strain the lead.
