Schmincke AQUA genuine artists' bronze – brilliant metallic shine

Schmincke genuine artists' bronze gives brilliant metallic effects in watercolour and gouache painting. Thanks to genuine bronze or aluminium pigments, it offers high opacity, strong gloss and high lightfastness – clearly more brilliant than conventional effect paints with pearlescent pigments.

– Available in 5 shades: rich gold, rich pale gold, pale gold, copper, silver
– Can be mixed with a little water and diluted further

– Smudge-proof once dry, but not waterproof

Use & notes

For best results, mix the amount of Aqua Bronze you need with a little water on a palette just before use. By adding more or less water, you can adjust opacity, adhesion and degree of gloss.

– Suitable for slightly absorbent surfaces: paper, card, painting board, canvas cloth
– Not suitable for plaster, metal or plastic
– Recommended for indoor use only
– Suitable for illustrations, lettering, highlights and decorative accents
