Meyco ABC Letter and Number Stencil, 27 mm

Meyco ABC Stencil in Saloon Lettering – Letters and Numbers, 27 mm High

The Meyco ABC stencil, 27 mm is a plastic stencil with capital letters and numbers in saloon lettering for painting projects. With letters and numbers 27 mm high, you can label signs, crate lids, cards or textiles in an easily legible size. The stencil measures 21 × 31 cm, roughly A4.

The plastic is slightly transparent and flexible. This lets you see where you are placing the characters, and you can also lay the stencil on curved objects. It can be washed after use. You can use it on paper, wood, fabric, glass or ceramics, for example.

Working with the stencil

Secure the stencil with a little adhesive tape so that it does not slip while you paint. Pick up only a little paint on a brush or sponge and dab it straight down through the cut-outs rather than brushing. Too much paint runs under the edge and blurs the outlines. Do not lift the stencil until the paint has set. Wash it straight afterwards, before any paint residue dries on.

Which size?

At 27 mm high, the stencil suits lettering that needs to be easy to read at close range. For smaller surfaces, the series also includes a version with 25 mm letter height.
