Stylex Blotting Paper Pad, 20 Sheets, A4 or A5

Stylex blotting paper pad – absorbs excess ink

The Stylex blotting paper pad has 20 sheets and, according to the manufacturer, absorbs excess ink quickly and reliably. You use it after writing with a fountain pen or dip pen, so that fresh ink does not smudge or transfer onto the facing page.

The pad is available in A4 or A5. Choose your format from the options.

How to blot fresh ink properly

Blotting paper works by absorbing, not by wiping. If you rub over the writing, it will smudge.

• Write until you have finished the word or line.
• Lay a sheet loosely over the still-wet ink.
• Press it down briefly and evenly, without sliding it.
• Lift it off vertically. For the next spot, use a clean area of the sheet.

Which size suits you?

A4 covers a whole page of writing and suits a desk pad and school use. A5 takes up little space next to your notebook or on small cards. Both pads have 20 sheets.
