Changing the cartridge

Unscrew the grip section from the barrel, pull off the empty cartridge and push a new one firmly onto the spike until the cartridge is opened. Then screw both parts back together. Standard and large-capacity cartridges both fit. After changing the cartridge, wait a moment until the ink has reached the nib before you start writing.
