Pelikan Pina Colada fountain pen, medium (M) nib, cartridge-fill

Pelikan Pina Colada fountain pen – cartridge-fill pen with M nib for left- and right-handers

The Pelikan Pina Colada fountain pen is a cartridge-fill pen for school, office and everyday use. The stainless steel nib in size M writes with a medium line width. That suits exercise book entries and notes, and it is a common choice for getting started with a fountain pen.

The shaped grip section sits comfortably in the hand and, according to Pelikan, is equally suitable for left- and right-handers. The metal clip holds the pen on an exercise book, folder or bag. The barrel and cap come in shimmering metallic colours. Choose your colour from the options.

Changing the cartridge

With the cartridge system you do not need an ink bottle. Changing is quick:

• Pull off the cap and unscrew the grip section from the barrel.
• Pull off the empty cartridge.
• Press the new cartridge, opening first, firmly onto the spike in the grip section until it clicks into place.
• Screw the grip section back on.

Care tip

Always put the cap back on after writing. This stops the ink drying in the nib, so the pen starts writing again straight away after a break.
