Prym bag feet studs in antique silver – protect and decorate the base of your bag

Prym bag feet studs (art. no. 615902) protect the base of the bag you have sewn yourself. Fitted underneath, they slow down wear on the fabric base, especially if the bag is often put down. At the same time, the antique silver studs are a visible decoration for shoppers, weekenders and other bags.

The pack contains 4 metal studs, each 15 mm in diameter. Four studs are enough for one bag base, with one stud in each corner. Prym also offers the range in antique brass and silver colour, in the same size of Ø 15 mm.

Fitting the bag feet studs

Fit the studs before the lining is sewn in or an inner base panel is inserted, because the back is otherwise no longer accessible.

• Mark the positions on the base panel and keep the distances from the edges even.
• Pierce the base panel at these points, for example with a pricking awl.
• Push the studs through from the outside.
• On the inside, bend the metal prongs of each stud outwards and press them flat.
