Esther the Mouse knitting kit – knit an amigurumi mouse with long arms and legs

With the Esther the Mouse knitting kit, you knit a mouse with long arms and legs that measures approx. 39 cm when finished. The design is by Christel Krukkert and belongs to her animal collection. The kit contains yarn, pattern, toy stuffing and safety eyes. You only need to add knitting needles.

The yarn is marled: 50 g in grey and 50 g in pink. Marl yarn looks livelier than a plain one, without any need to change colour while knitting. The pattern is available in four languages (Dutch, English, German, French).

Working with the kit

Knit the mouse following the enclosed pattern with 3 mm needles. Fit the safety eyes before you stuff and close the figure, as they are secured from the inside. It is best to stuff in small portions so that the shape stays even and without dents. How firmly you stuff the head, body, arms and legs depends on the pattern.
