Prym iron-on denim repair patch in light blue – for mending jeans

The Prym denim repair patch in light blue is an iron-on cotton patch for mending worn areas on jeans and clothes made from heavy cotton fabrics. The full-surface adhesive coating holds the patch firmly to the fabric once ironed on. The card holds a piece measuring 12 × 45 cm, which you can cut to size.

The repair fabric is available in several colours; this one is light blue. If you want the patch to be discreet, choose a shade that matches your jeans.

Applying the patch

Cut the patch so that it overlaps the damaged area all the way round. If you round off the corners slightly, they will stay in place better when worn and washed. Place the patch adhesive side down on the area, iron it on with even pressure and leave it to cool.

Knees and elbows

These areas are subject to particularly heavy wear. Prym recommends also sewing the patch on at a few points there so that it lasts.
